Practical information for your stay

Congress cost:

There will be two times planned for the congress:

From July 11^th to July 13^th, 2011 - 120€ Adults / 60€ Students, Seniors, ACSWE members
- three days to attend the conferences in the Atrium Fort de France Martinique
- Day/Night transfers from partner hotels* to the Conference place (Atrium)

On July 15^th, 2011: 100 - Free access pack
- Fields trips from 9 PM to 15 AM
- Closing ceremony from 7 PM
- Return transport (airport / partner hotels - round trip)

PS: PLEASE REMIND THAT JULY 14^TH IS A NATIONAL HOLIDAY IN MARTINIQUE SO IT WILL BE A DAY FREE FOR THE PARTICIPANTS.

Fields trips on july 15^th

It consists in 2 visits of local social institutions working in the fields of handicap, autism, maladaptation, dependency… Lunch is included after the visits.
You should be back at your hotel around 3PM

Closing Ceremony:

The Closing Ceremony of the congress will take place on July 15th from 7 pm, at the superb Departemental Residence in Fort de France (http://antilles-martinique.com/habitations/chanteclerc.jpg)

Musical and cultural activities are planned to end this moment of exchange on a high note!

The location of the congress is "ATRIUM" Martinique, it's a big cultural center in the middle of the capital city Fort de France , and Karibea Hotels are 10 min from the place of the congress.
